Albret Golf Course at Barbaste

There are three golf courses in the area and tennis courts abound.
There are facilities for canoeing, lakes with water sports, beaches, trampolines and pedal boats. Also horse-riding, wine tasting, walks and fishing. There are caves, chateaux and masses of places of interest to visit in Lot-et-Garonne, while the cities of Bordeaux and Toulouse are both an hour’s drive away.
Visit 'Walibi Park', a leisure park with lots of rides, situated just south of Agen. The nearby towns of Villeneuve Sur Lot and Agen have an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Within 15 minutes drive there are a number of major supermarkets.

In the summer months there are masses of local festivals and concerts. Weekly markets take place in most villages and Sunday markets in pretty bastide villages often include antiques, art exhibitions and book fairs during the summer months. There are many delightful but inexpensive restaurants.
